Recently, I had time to talk with renown NADS-celebrity, Ken. We discussed sipping on Country Time lemonade, hitting on girlies at the beach, and enjoying some good ol' fashioned NA-DotA! With the second coming of AzN well underway (first incarnation included ZhaoYun, March, and SabreStyle), we discussed the team in general, the incessant drama, as well as SECS and other tournaments.

 

!Ken: Well, it all started about 1 month ago when SeleCT and Ezzy finally decided to play SECS in the upcoming week. Back then I was a free agent, so SeleCT invited me to join them. Originally it was supposed to be me SeleCt, Ezzy, mystyle, and +1. I suggested Bulba since FyC was dying or dead. Drew learned about this days later and told me he wants to play with us, so of course we welcomed him. Kinda intended as a SECS-only team, but Bulba suggested that since we are doing pretty well in scrims/DP, why not rumble our ways into the competitive scene.

!Ken: Me- Hard Carry/Occasional Ganker

SeleCt- Plays everything but more of gank/jungler

Ezzy- Plays everything but mainly support

Biscaya- Carry/solo

Bulba- Semi-Carry/Ganker

!Ken: I know its kinda hard to believe but I don't see our team dying any time soon mainly because Ezzy is hella chill with everything. SeleCT can be a hot-headed person but never rushes big decisions and always opt for serious discussions and reflections with the whole team when we loses scrims against Nirvana or in DotA Pride. What I learn about Bulba is that as shady as he might be, one thing that you can count on him for is his loyalty to a team. I remember having to persuade him for ages to join MainLine from Pandemic although Pandemic was... you know, hint hint. As for Biscaya, I don't see the dynamic duo parting ways anytime soon. As for myself, I doubt I would be able to find any other teammates that would put up with my occasional whines (ok maybe a lot) during games. 

!Ken: SeleCT and Ezzy do all the in-game leading and calling. I kinda schedule matches, signup for tournaments, in short I am team's spokesperson outside the game. Bulba helps me out sometimes. But is it more of a democratic thing when it comes to everything else like getting new players etc.

!Ken: Firstly, we have already played our 2nd match for EMS VI Group A last Monday. We have also signed up for MYM Prime Defending #12, Razer Global Challenge Group C and FyC Tourney. Lastly, King of USA DotA tournament which I believe most of the community isn't aware of. However, there are two more major leagues that we would be apart of in the future but I can't announce them right now due to some privacy issues.

!Ken: To be honest, I really loved playing with Frankie, but sadly intense stuff occurred between him and Bulba. Never seen him since then. As of this instant, we really want to find a solid 6th or even 7th just to keep our team more active in the afternoon to play with Euros. Kiddo is trying out with us right now though, it's kinda not official yet but I do hope he thrives to learn and keep up with us ASAP.

!Ken: Our full team will be attending the Chicago LAN. No I am not joking, Bulba will be playing with us for that LAN. How? Why? Are you sure? Bulba? You kidding? No, I am serious. And myself and one of the gaming organizations are planning a possible LAN during August either in NY or CT. I will keep you guys updated regarding that LAN in a couple of weeks.

!Ken: I would like to give a big shoutout to glocks4sale and to NgJianYang(MJC), WongJingXiang, TheronChua, XingKongJian (All SIngapore), my team AzN, unofficial team manager Live., Team eMg (Mikey, Ganked, Brax10, Juice, Lust), Team BC (Icylogik, Zigrakill), Team GDT (Taku, Sojji, Remy, Ehohhess, Kro), Team Edge (Na_no, jubei, brood), 5-s, naruto, inK, deadpres, persian_prince, March, Fear, Demon, my one and only fanboy Kevinsalu2 and whoeva else that i might have missed out since is 3 am in the morning.
