Telling him to tag up isn't obnoxious, you're right, but it's something that should have been done prior to the games or at the beginning of the first one. If that happened and mikey ignored it (this is the first game I'm seeing) I'd agree with you. Not being tagged up by itself isn't immediately obnoxious.

The lack of a tag doesn't mean he's not taking it seriously - even though it's a rule, the purpose of the rule is to "distinguish players and stand-ins" according to the website and therefore it's an illogical and purposeless enforcement of the rule at the given time. Since there was no problem telling who the player was, you could ask him between games to change his name. You don't all chat in the game from an obs slot twice while he's playing to tell him to do so. This is also the same guy who all chats to ask "hey what's up with player x" every time a team pauses for longer than 30 seconds; like I said it's not actually enforcing the rules so much as nitpicking for some reason.
