I've found myself playing in a new league, I know, cool story bro. It's on mIRC in channel #nadihl. For all of you older players that can remember the days of TIHL, it has that exact same feel. Even down to the bots, haha

A place that is full of MS players who are trying to improve. I've been vouched in a fair amount of leagues throughout my career, and I can tell you that this league is really, really nice. It's a TIHL replica, I can't describe it any other way, and I know for a lot of us older players, our most fond times of DotA 1 was spent in TIHL.

The league actually uses a voice communication system, raidcall.

Notice, in terms of skill, if you're looking for something like c9, then you need to try to get vouched in c9. There are multiple c9 players that play in nadihl, but there are plenty of others that play as well. It is not an extremely high skill league, but it does have players who are fairly knowledgeable.

I haven't been this excited about a league in a while, which is why I'm posting. I think it's well run, and the player base at the moment is a great group of people. It is definitely a nice step up from playing a solo queue public game against a team that's playing like their trip to ti2 is on the line.

I should also quickly state, that the games currently pick up in activity in the evening time since it's mostly an American league, as to be expected, we need more mid-day players to start getting some earlier games!

I have no clue to be honest, I only know one of the admins, but he is a sincerely nice guy. The league is catered to north american players, so I'm sure they like nadota. I'm just doing whatever I can to promote it, I think the league has legs and want to see it grow. It's what the dota community is missing currently and they've found their niche.

Sounds great from what you have said. We don't want another butt hurt egotistical NA dota league. We have had over like 6 years of those. If the premise of the league is to grow the NA community while playing great games then that is great. I hope the moderation crew is solid. NA dota has improved a lot lately and leagues like this could definitely help further that.

The more people that come the tougher it will be for sure, but some good moderation or a league motto kind of thing that states how the community should act could definitely lead to some good things.
