They wont need to. Re-read the article. The guy that they interviewed never shut the fuck up about the "competitive" aspect and watching people play at the "highest level possible." Show me someone that can seriously say that LoL is a more competitive game and I'll show you a fucking idiot. Nah, I've watched too many mediocre players (COUGH COUGH SPELLSY COUGH COUGH) make it into that range and I quite frankly have nothing to prove to either you or them. LoL isnt meant to be balanced, it isnt meant to compete with something as perfect as DotA is, and it isnt ever going to be in the same league as DotA (no pun intended).

Edit: If you wanted to argue HoN VS DotA I might entertain it, but even that's a pretty severe stretch.

I can't stand playing the game anymore. When I made the switch back to dota.. well LoL was just obnoxiously boring. No reason to get so upset about it though. They are setting a path to the future of pro gaming. Valve can follow up just like Riot followed up after Valves 1.6mill tourney.

It's pretty easy. Kid I met always played with a few friends and got me to download it and were amazed at how good I was with little to no practice.

So many things make it easier for nooobs like ducking into bushes to drop creep aggro.

they want to make all the current big tournaments into the minor leagues, so they have their top teams in the championship series and then all the lesser teams in IPL, IEM, MLG ect. if you do bad in the championship series and well in the "lesser" lans you get moved up and down. But why would IPL, IEM, and MLG keep lol when they are going to get shit teams competing and no viewers cause every1 is watching the top teams. I see that's where dota 2 is going to get its in roads on those lans
