This is the goal, after she replies to your message. Get the number ASAP. My style is I do it in the next 2-3 messages. I will say some shit like "Listen this pof shit is getting too nerdy for me shoot me a text 9167183428, and I promise to only stalk you on Sundays."

You want the number fast because she is talking to DOZENS of fucking CHODES on here, and you want to have DIRECT contact via her phone, whether call/text. When you get the number, you go for the date ASAP. Like I said earlier, a bunch of fucking chodes are trying to meet up with her. But since you have her number, you go for the meet up ASAP. I usually try to push for a date later that day, or the next day. Go on the date, don't be awkward, escalate, and take her back to your place or hers and pound that shit, or better yet fuck her in a secluded place outside. Nothing more thrilling than that.
