I can't think of a way she can respond and turn this situation around. I actually wonder if she will show up at TI, being the dumb girl she is, she probably will and she will be creating an awkward atmosphere where ever she shows up. But hey she is "queen of flame" and a tough girl, she doesn't care the whole community thinks she is a thief, she will just hang around her new pro buddy navi xboct. If they are wrong, they have tarnished her reputation still, and even make sponsors vary of taking chances.

Let's say Sayuri was my friend. I would let her know she could trust me enough to tell me the truth, without risking me going around on the street screaming "My friend broke the trust of many, please gather around, come all, will you please spit on her, and condemn her". I would let her know that even mistakes - and all people do make mistakes of different natures, then I would hear her out. I would probably know she was weak at the time, and then was too tempted, and too inexperienced. I would either help her pay the money back, or help her find the power to make that money in a proper way by hard labour, and then find a way to get Child Play their money without ruining her rep. I would know she would bear shame, and the act of stealing is shameful, but for the apathetic. I doubt though she is. And let the whole thing be a lesson, and let her know she could always come to me, because having to take risks like that jeopardizing a good career, for peanuts, is desperate measures, and I would help a desperate friend. I would let her know she could trust me telling me the truth.

If Sayuri is guilty, I do understand why she trusts very few to come clean - maybe even with some truth about the family. I believe she is of Asian origin, and therefore strict parents, and I wouldn't be surprised they didn't condone her choices of becoming a eSport gamer, and therefore no money. But that is just speculation on my part, sorry for that.
