Not everything in the change-logs is legitimate, the beta testers add some stuff just to troll (like shareable boots and being able to cast concoction on yourself.) and some are just suggestions they will like to see added. Nothing is confirmed just wait and see.

icefrog told me yesterday that it was fake but he liked the changes so much he's most likely going to implement them

I did have an interest in some of the fake changes, mostly some of the slight adjustments in stats, that might fix some complaints about some of the heroes, or at least that would encourage discussion. And that rosh pit looks so bad i knew icefrog didn't make it. It looks tacked on without any real thought.
