Here is our detailed list of requirements:

-You should be ok with playing a ganker/teamfight initiator most games (this means sven, ES, tide, etc.). If you find those heroes boring, you probably won't fit.

-No nerd rage. There's enough nerd rage between spellsy and I to go around.

-Must be able to take criticism and not blow up.

-Eastern/central (aka not west due to time zone differences)

-Available regularly to scrim

-Not a team hopper

-Not terrible (have some competitive experience)

-Mentally stable

-18+ is nice

We invite people who think they fit this description to just join our vent channel on THR and hang around if they're interested in joining, we don't really hold formal tryouts as such but we'll get games in. If you want to be formal about it, post here, PM me on the forums, find me on THR vent, q me on IRC, whatever, if you're interested and we'll play.
