Hey guys,

So, supposedly we have 5 but mogutou (my irl friend, this is why I cut him a lot of slack in terms of playing level, because he wants to l2p clan wars and he's intimidated from applying for other random teams so I was like ok fuck it w.e you can play on this one) has a bed-time of 10 o'clock and isn't allowed to game most days (no he is not 12, he's like, 20). Anyways . . .

Current roster is, assuming that every gets along since people haven't all met each other yet and Infester hasn't turned into a raging douchebag in the month that I haven't seen him:

So, we could hypothetically start scrimming. I'd like that if possible because, idk I miss it and I think it is much more productive than playing random games. In the not so unlikely event that mogutou can't scrim when every else is able to, what do you guys want to do? Do you want to wait until we have a set 5 or play with ringers or?

Also this reminds me, Burntout sent me a msg earlier saying that BC was playing together again so he's sort of off this team and pls don't rage if I see him scrimming with other people. I, kind of don't care this team is going to scrim 8-12 hours max a week. Or, I'm going to you guys are free to play more often. But yeah do whatever the hell you want you didn't sign a contract. Just, 2 rules follow them and, you know if 4 other people want to scrim and you're not tired/busy w.e and go ring with some other team and ditch that's -_-

I have no idea. I'm randomly on vent but afaik we haven't decided when people are all on. I'm up for scrimming randomly b/w 7- 12 GMT - 5.

Usually I run a mile or two (used to be like 4 or 5 before I got out of shape again) around 9ish.

I'm being a douchefaggit right now in that, if you want to be on this incredibly serious business team (I'm talking like, Balanar solo mid srs bznz) team then you need to apply like everyone else. You can post your app here if you want since I don't feel like forwarding it to the other people. Note that the app consists of saying you accept the 2 rules I listed, are available to play occasionally and are not a douchefaggit. If you want to ring then hop on vent.

Rules and Regulations

1. Treat others how you would like to be treated. Ask and you shall receive (if reasonable).
2. If I (saviour) have reason to believe anyone is endangering the atmosphere I am trying to create and maintain, they will be cut on the spot. Also I am an MMA fighter so if you consent to drive to Washington D.C. then I will fight you at some place with safety mats and afterwards we can go get a beer and some burgers and crabs or something. Blue not Dungness, those things are disgusting.

Membership
1. Roster Member have priority play time, so if there are 5 roster players on and several ringers, the ringers won't get to play unless a roster member sits out and lets them. Roster members have last priority for picking their hero because ringers are guests. Roster members who have issues with each other should talk about it with the entire group, or I will bring it up when I notice. As soon as possible because grudges are made of fail. Appropriate actions will be taken for the best interest of the majority of the roster. Roster members get paid 0$/hr.
2. Frequent Ringers have 2nd priority for play time. They have 2nd priority for picking their hero because they are sort of guests (who've stayed too long but are probably still welcome for some reason). If even 1 roster member has an issue with the person, they should inform the rest of the group. Then this ringer will not get to play. If frequent ringer game ruins, they will probably be invited back someday later. Paid 0$/hr.
3. Random/Infrequent Ringers have 3rd priority for play time. They have first priority for picking their hero because they are guests. If even 1 roster member has an issue with the person, they should inform the rest of the group. Then this ringer will not get to play. Random ringers who ruin a game may be invited back some day (Probably not). Paid 0$/hr.

Be my saviour, I've been looking for a dedicated scrim team for quite a while now.

I would love the opprotunity to tryout for your team. Your 2 rules are fine with me (being active on the roster and not being a douche)

A little bit about me:

-Plays all heroes well, but favors gank/carry role.

Ok cool, show up on vent randomly during the day (like right now) when we have 1-2 and play some dotalicious/chill, or show up later at night (10ish - 1) when there are more people and we can scrim at usa cw room. Uh, my 2 rules are treat others how you would want to be treated and I can kick you out at any time if I think you are endangering the team atmosphere I want (aka you are being a douche). Active would be nice too.

To carebear and rest of guys who played last night -
You asked me, carebear, if I was mad and, I was sort of at myself in game 2 for 2 reasons. The first one is that I felt like I was letting you guys down because I was cs'ing like trash and I feel like hard afk farm carry dusa/lancer/drow for 30 min is the easiest job in the world compared to 4v5'ing for a while. My desktop has less delay/way better fps/25 inch screen instead of 13 inch and it threw me off but I should have adjusted a lot quicker than I did (took me to almost the end of that game and then I'm not even sure b.c I had cuirass and 140 base dmg). Game 1 I was pissed off for a second that KiDDo got a Midas but then I said fuck it w.e it's probably not going to be a recurring problem b.c he sounded pissed when we lost and so would try to win more next game.

I was actually a carry player for a brief bit on dfekt's team. . . and I could actually cs decently with morph/dusa/lancer/sniper/kunkka/sf/alch (I got 100 cs in 14 min vs Fan solo mid in a scrim ^.^ as morph but I wasted some of my $ by buying 2 magic sticks).

The other reason is that I was going to pick THD/VENO/QoP/Invoker instead of Alch and then last pick FACELESS VOID but I got distracted by the Alch without Necro so that's why I was like -_- during last pick when I asked if you wanted to Chen b.c I didn't really have such a good idea about what I wanted with my picks now since WR/SF were going to be main carries with FV as initiator and other 2 as support and I don't think Alch (or just mine ) is good initiator.

Also I need to go l2p some more heroes because the list of heroes I can play decently/am not lost decision making wise most of the time is: Dusa, Morph, Lancer, Drow (but cs is bad -_-), Alch (but alch is bad -_-), Sniper, CM, Lion, VS, Brood, SF (can get 20 min bkb tread bottle, suck at blind razing/abuse of fog), Doom (I think this hero is ez mode tho), Rexxar (no nomicron), QoP (not as nice as Des) WD (bad at landing maledict), Kunkka (sort of bad at boats, x marking Pitlords), Visage (occasionally forget to shoot a nuke while microing birds). Any suggestions?

But yeah, I'm the 5th best player on OWL and it's an honor playing with you guys. I thought that 1 of two things would happen when I started this team 1) I would be the best player of a team of really lolzy new players 2) a bunch of guys who are way better than me would carry me every game. I feel like DDT.Ducky <3

P.S. one of carebear's favorite Hero is Omni so if anyone likes to PUDGE or something that comboes well with OMNI then by all means. Also you guys who are ringing are welcome to do picks, just ask.
