that is one application

casting spells => int
attacking => primary atr
bottling/wand => agl
rebuttal spells/anticipation => str
mana regen (without a % regen item) => int
str => soul ring => int => cast spell

i think soul ring is better off on strength for casting, but basically since you get a constant number of hp/mana back u want the lowest total hp/mana possible to gain the highest %

why when u bottle/wand/soul ring => agi?

you get more out of it, agi treads give no hp or mana, so you get the full effect, then when you switch it adds the bonus %.... say you have 500/1000 hp thats 50% switch to str treads from agi you now have 600hp because its 50% of 1200hp

this had to pretty much become 2nd nature if you ever hope to solo with a bottle hero etc... good for any hero in general (who gets treads ofc)
pretty sure that tread switching int -> snake -> agi ->return snake helps quite a bit on medusa
