ya they had planned dlc with some files on disc just like dark souls 2 and bloodborne im not mad though because dark souls dlc has always been great, it was even the best part of dark souls 2

DS2 was created by FROMsoft's B team while they focused on Bloodborne and DS3. The game suffers from amateurs looking at the surface of DS1, but not understanding the mechanics behind it. So, when replicated, the game certainly looked the part from a distance, but there was something very wrong at its core. As said, everything is very uninspired: Bosses felt like gimmicks, the maps felt inelegant and inefficient, stats and "soul memory" destroy the balance of the game instead of maintain it, even your character feels wrong. You know there's something wrong with your game when your weapon durability mechanic is bugged by the unlocked frames of a pc. Then, you proceed to make a HD remastered version of it, AND STILL DON'T FIX THE DURABILITY BUG(And sell that shit full price.)
A lot of people believe DS3 is the saving grace of the Souls series by the fact that the original team has been working on it wholly with Miyazaki at the helm. They figure, what made DnS and DS1 so great was Miyazaki's leadership, knowledge, and eccentricity. I mean, I think people are going to eat up pretty much anything this company puts out due to its devote cult following and its reputation for making "hard" games.
