Upstart NA team looking for new player for positions 1 and 3

Hello there , my name is Play3rFTW(as you can already tell) for about months now I have been a member of a team trying to get competitive ready. Sadly we have hit our share of snags along the way. When at one point we were a full team we're struggling with a member not making it to our regularly scheduled practices and not giving a reason as to why, later on he ended up leaving the team admitting that he did not have the desire to go competitive as the rest of the team did. We were able to find someone to quickly fill his spot. Then not even a month or so later or youngest(being he was 19 and most of us were 20 or over) had to part ways with us as family matters and schooling required him to return to the Philippines. Now we are currently dealing with the inconvenience of not having a fifth team member to progress our practices as well as make it difficult to consider entering any(if not all) amateur tournaments as of this posting. If anyone is interested you may contact me through either PM on here or via my steam. The only requirements for the team are as follows: Must be available Mon-Fri 1030Pm EST until 2 Am EST, speak English, have a mic and discord already installed, not be an MMR snob(you know who you are), open to criticism(fair warning our team captain is a marine reservist),and a willingness to go competitive(and possibly pro). Preferences would be: Is in the US and if possible on the Eastern Seaboard of the US(for time and scheduling purposes), already posses a good grasp on mechanics of your role. Some bonuses would be: High MMR player(s) and people with prior competitive experience. There is one absolute MUST for the team(and I must implore this with all the very fibers of my own being as well of that of the cosmos) must enjoy DOTA whilst also desiring to go competitive(must of us do). Hello there, my name is Play3rFTW and I've been competing together with my team for several months. Unfortunately one of our players couldn't fully commit anymore and we've been trying to find our 5th.

If you'd like to fill that blank just hit me up with a message! We have a mon-fri practice schedule from 1030PM to 2AM, EST. We use Discord for comms so having a microphone and being an English speaker is a must.

Our goal is to build a team that takes part on every amateur tournament on our way to the top therefore we're also looking for players with the proper mindset. This entails being more than just someone with a MMR, being able to receive and provide constructive criticism (our captain has previous experience with real life command positions) and as stated being on the same page as us with the seriousness of our team and prospective careers.

Having outlined the basics for our prince charming, the following represents a plus:
- Being US located, preferably on the East Coast (being on the same timezone makes practicing easier for everyone)
- Being knowledgeable about your role and having a good understanding of mechanics
- Having high MMR and previous competitive experience
- Enjoy Dota
