    More rules/game mechanics:
    If you die as Slave it counts as a LOSS to you regardless of what alignment wins.
    Watcher (if in the game) sees the slave, not the mentor, doing the Nightkill. And sees the Mentor recruiting VT if the slave is dead.

    Ok, what number do you think is fine and would leave the game balanced with 3 parties still? 15? I highly doubt 13 is fair for town.

    See how many you get and then adjust, I'd say. Town PRs can be cut and scum PRs can be nerfed to account for these things.

    Scum PRs:

    If mentee can't kill on the night he's recruited, kills don't start happening until night 2. This means town has 1 night to find 1 of 2 scum and a second night to find 1 of 4 scum in order to delay at least 1 kill. In addition, every time a mentee dies, 1 NK will be missed. I'm probably overlooking some mentor options here but I think if we play with these rules, it's reasonably paced.

    Town PRs:

    Remove nurse and cop, IMO. Keep gunsmith and armorsmith and adjust their abilities based on the power level you're looking for from town.

    Looks like you wrote n0 start - Can cut that and do as I listed, also giving Mentors no NK ability. Thus, if they find PR n1 they can not kill that PR until n3. Gunsmith actually has the same delayed impact, especially if you choose to run it as a night shot instead of day shot. Could be kind of an interesting way to give town more of a chance to hunt and read before the shots start flying.

    Yeah I never intended mentor to be able to recruit and Nk on the same night and I also wanted to require them to have a Mentee to NK as well.
    I think 13 might be balanced if we cut N0 start yes. Town get to kill 3 players before mentors start killing then which gives them a needed head start.
    Gunsmith and armorsmith could be 3shot then? I don't think see how I could adjust those roles further, theyre very simple.
