Really like the setup. My 2 cents:
1. Eliminate the SK if there are fewer players. Or limit his kills (x-shot, even night shot like lbj suggested.)
2. I don't like games where mafia don't get their standard night kill. There was one game where there was only one maf alive and he had no way to win the game.

1. It's already x-shot and I'm still not sure what that X should be, but I think we agree it should be pretty low
2. Mafia do get their standard night kill. Sorry, these things get lost in the walls of text.
Another thing I forgot to mention in the "Balance" section: The saboteur getting 2 shots of his ability. Arsonist (his equivalent last time we ran the setup) had 1 shot and it insta-killed one of the named town characters. I removed the character that had this interaction, so figured it would be worth it to tweak the ability to keep its interesting interactions.
Things up for removal, if scum PRs need nerfed:
-second Saboteur shot
-ability to destroy workshops
-Roleblocker's interception ability

Scum PRs, potential:
Saboteur 1 shot
No destroyed workshops
Roleblocker preserved as every night, infinite ability
Interception 1-shot: If you roleblock a PR, you get the powerup you blocked
This maintains the punishment for outing as a PR
Or, better yet: Let's reduce the impact of randomly lucking out and hitting a PR:
Saboteur, 1 shot, DOES destroy workshops (outing early has consequences)
Roleblocker: No interception.
Thinking about it, do we need roleblocker this game? It doesn't do anything to the daytime guns or vests, and there's already a reward for scum finding a PR (via workshop destruction).
How about this: 2 Goons, no special powers. Scum, collectively, have a 1-shot Saboteur ability to destroy a particular players possessions and/or workshop.We must be careful what we pretend to be.

I like the idea of no notifications on vests both ways. You don't know that you got one and you don't know that you lost it.

Interesting. What's the intention of not letting them know when they receive one?
This does break a small part of the game. The daytime shots are meant to be live action in the case of a shootout. Example: Everyone holds guns for 3 days and then on the 4th day something sets them off and people start firing. There's a bit of a self-reporting mechanic wherein players have to be trusted to accurately represent whether they have a gun or not (don't shoot when you don't have a gun, do die and stop posting if you're shot in the day and the host isn't there to confirm) and they also need to self-report on the vest (Oh, you shot me? I continue posting because I have a vest). The host can't be there 24/7 to confirm these things, and they need to happen instantly to not disrupt the flow of the game.
Don't cheat in this one, btw, guys. I know you like to post after you die, but it's gameruining and people are supposed to be able to shoot you during the day to immediately shut you up.We must be careful what we pretend to be.

I guess this line is kind of funny as I thought it all through in the original setup without realizing if you expect people to self-report and you don't notify them their vest was burned, they might erroneously report they were protected from a shot and continue posting.

Alright, no problem. I don't have enough free time to run the game. If anyone new wants my help to iron out final details of my setup (flavor, balance, undisclosed win conditions) at a later point you can PM or ask in a thread.
