I know. All I'm saying is, at the end of the day this is still hard work. Anyone who thinks this is a walk in the park and require no sacrifice is wrong and I just wanted to make sure I got that point across.

who actually spends their money on you? like theres so many accomplished players out there offering lessons... what did desrow ever accomplish in starcraft 2 that would make one pay for lessons ? im not trying to be rude, it just boggles my mind. then again theres retards out there who pay 100 dollars an hour to incontrol for his substandard lessons.

Think of it as guitar lessons, you want to be better at music and get someone to help you with your mechanics/style. You can pay Slash if you are a rich mofo. If not, you can pay someone with a music degree to teach you and will get as much knowledge. Same applies for me .

I have a bunch of online achievements and I've played RTS on and off for about 4-5 years. I have a lot of builds and knowledge about starcraft 2. Why pay for a big name when you can pay for someone who knows the game just as much and actually care about your success. If one of my student have a hard time and or get cheesed too much, I tell em to send me a replay and I review it on my stream for free. I really care about my students.

PS: Only 1 of my student got demoted because he is zerg and got cheesed a lot without adapting his play. The 23 other students I have have been improving their play and got a lot better/promoted in no time. Here's a proof http://twitpic.com/44wp3q

yeah, that's understandable. I kind of idolize you though, just because you're doing what a lot of people (including me) dream of doing. Even if you aren't making 200$ an hour like idra or whatever, you are a paid to play professional..

SC2 takes a heavy toll on you mentally, that's why you can't grind so many games like you could on DotA, because it fucking rapes your mind. To grind SC2 you'd have to set up a slowly progressing schedule, 5 games every day for a week 10 games every day for a week... etc unlike in DotA where if you had 4 friends you could play 10 hours. you could say it's harder to grind SC2 than it is to get fit.

It's not harder but It's the same kind of grinding. Have to push yourself mentally.

maybe its just me but I don't find it hard to grind out sc2...maybe because I'm korean XD or few years ago I used to grind out SC brood war with my brother for hours.
Grinding is Grinding though be it sc2, dota, or getting fit.
To be honest I find grinding dota/playing for 10 hours harder... its was too stressful to carry you, always getting fb'd every single game.
