Results:
Day 1: [b]ima_sheep(sux) the Terrorist suicide bombed Ganked the Chief of Police and moon the Town Roleblocker. Haxity the Watcher Lynchee was lynched. m0rphl1ng the Lyncher wins.
Night 1: Sleisel died.
Changes:

The winning team will earn 52 points, split evenly (points round up) between all team members (even those who die).
If you have never played Mafia before, this link will help you learn the basics.
The object is simple. If you are part of the town, you want to vote for who you think is a Mafia member during the day. If you are a Mafia member, you want to make sure you or your Mafia brothers don't die.
Mafia have a chat room in which to communicate (and to do their voting at night). Each night the Mafia agree on who to kill, and which one of them will do the killing.
Rules:
1. Roles will be decided after sign-ups. Each role is random. I will assign roles by giving each person a number and using random.org to generate a number for every role. If you get a role you don't like, too bad.
2. If you want to play, you must be active. This means a commitment of reading/replying to this thread at least once/day, but it will probably require more time than that.
3. You may not collaborate with other players outside of this thread through PM, IRC, AIM, other forums threads, etc. This is on the honor system. The game is ruined if you cheat. Anyone who is found collaborating with other players will not only be banned from future Mafia games, but will also receive a permanent ban from the forums. Cheating is a waste of everyone's time.
4. Day voting ends as soon as the required number of votes is met. Votes changed after this point will not be considered. Any Day round ends either when the required number of votes have been reached or when 48 hours have passed, whichever comes first. Night rounds end either once all applicable power roles have reported in or when 24 hours have passed, whichever comes first. If you are a power role and do not submit your night action before the night round ends, you will be banned from the next game.
5. Night action order of precedence: Roleblocker > Jailkeeper > Doctor > Kill. Two players targeting each other for kills will both die.
6. There is no talking at night, period. Dead people cannot talk, period. If you break these rules, you will be banned from the next mafia game.
7. No screenshots allowed for any purpose.
8. Mafia Members (and Masons, if applicable in this scenario) have chat rooms for a reason. They are meant to stay private. Do not post anything from your chat room, or pretend to post anything from your chat room.
9. When voting to lynch a player, please type their name in bold so it's easier to differentiate official votes from normal discussion.
10. Once the game starts, I will not answer questions that are asked in the game thread. If you ever have a question during the game, you can PM me to make sure you are not breaking any rules/understand how the game works. If I feel that my answer will be helpful to everyone playing (purely to understand the mechanics of the game, not to affect the outcome), I will then post it for everyone to see, so nobody will know who originally asked the question.
11. Anyone who was killed early during night in the previous game is safe from night kills for the first night in this game. (Can still be lynched, and all non-killing night actions can still be used on them) Cannot be killed during the first night: m0rphl1ng, Ganked.
Roles:
These 8 roles will be in the game:
1 Chief of Police - Has no special powers. If the Chief of Police dies, the Cop will lose his ability to investigate people. Is given the name of the Cop.
1 (Sane) Cop - Investigates one person each night to find out if they are guilty or innocent. Is given the name of the Chief of Police.
1 Chief of Medicine - Has no special powers. If the Chief of Medicine dies, the Doctor will lose his ability to protect people. Is given the name of the Doctor.
1 Doctor - Chooses one person at night to save. If this person would be killed they survive. Cannot save himself. Is given the name of the Chief of Medicine.
1 Overeager Vigilante - Chooses one person to kill every night. Must kill someone each night.
1 Princess - If she is killed at night, the next Day phase is skipped because everyone is at her funeral. Is given the name of the Prince.
1 Prince - If he is lynched, the Princess commits suicide. Is given the name of the Princess.
1 Town Roleblocker - Chooses one person to block each night. Cannot block the same player 3 nights in a row.
1 Lynchee - One of the 13 town members will ALSO be the Lynchee. He is not told that he is the Lynchee.
Only 5/9 of these Town roles will be assigned:
1 Dreamer - Has a dream every night, that tells the tale of 3 players. One of them is guilty. The Serial Killer does not appear in dreams.
1 Jailkeeper - Jails one target per night. That target is role-blocked and immune to all night actions performed on him.
1 Vengeful Townsperson - If this person gets lynched they may choose one person to kill immediately.
1 Watcher - Watches one person every night. Will know who visited that person. Does not know the nature of the visits. Watchers are allowed to watch themselves.
1 Tracker - Follows one person each night and sees who they visit. They will not know the nature of the visits.
1 Bodyguard - Similar to the Doctor, but if the person he protects is targeted, the Bodyguard dies instead.
1 Spy - Sneaky guy. Immune to all night actions from Town and Mafia.
1 Wildcard - Can target someone at night. The target will be randomly protected, investigated, or killed.
1 Commuter - Immune to all night actions every other night. Upon role assignment, will choose to be immune on either odd or even numbered nights.
1 Mafia Goon - Has no powers but may vote at night for who the mafia kills and who does the killing.
1 Mafia Alchemist - Normal Mafia Goon, but also supplies poison to the Poisoner.
1 Mafia Poisoner - Targets a person to poison at night. That person dies the NEXT night. Cannot poison people if the Alchemist dies.
1 Mafia Janitor - Cleans up the body after a Mafia kill. At day time, the kill will be announced as normal, but the victim's role will not be revealed to the Town. The Mafia will still learn his role.
1 Mafia Doctor - Chooses one person to save each night. Cannot save himself.
1 Mafia Goon - Has no powers but may vote at night for who the mafia kills and who does the killing.
1 Mafia Alchemist - Normal Mafia Goon, but also supplies poison to the Poisoner.
1 Mafia Poisoner - Targets a person to poison at night. That person dies the NEXT night. Cannot poison people if the Alchemist dies.
1 Mafia Janitor - Cleans up the body after a Mafia kill. At day time, the kill will be announced as normal, but the victim's role will not be revealed to the Town. The Mafia will still learn his role.
1 Mafia Doctor - Chooses one person to save each night. Cannot save himself.
1 Serial Killer - Kills one person per night. Their only goal is to be the last person alive. Comes up as innocent upon investigation.
1 Terrorist - Can suicide bomb during the DAY. Targets 2 players and kills them, along with himself (one-time use). Cannot win.
1 Lyncher - Wins the game if he gets the Lynchee lynched, but loses if he is killed before he can get the Lynchee lynched or if the Lynchee dies at night. If the Lyncher wins, the game will continue, but the winning team's points will be cut in half. (This means that 1.5x points will be given out if the Lyncher wins) Is given the name of the Lynchee.

Rationale:
Mafia now has more killing power (with the poisoner), but has the chance to lose that extra power (if the alchemist dies).
There is no Masonry, but there are 6 townspeople who know the role of another townsperson. There is only one Cop, but he is sane. Some of the new town roles are pretty powerful.
The third-party roles will cause more chaos, which could completely turn the tables at any time.

The nice part about having more teams is that imbalances are minimized. Even if the Town is weak, both Mafia teams will also kill each other, and it's usually in the Serial Killer's best interest to try to keep the game even.

Regarding Poisoners: The ACTION is used on Night X. The KILL is executed on Night X+1.
For example, the Poisoner chooses to kill Ganked on Night 1.
Any Night 1 Roleblocks, Jails, etc on the Poisoner can block this action.
If the action goes through, then...
Any Night 2 Doctor saves, Bodyguards, etc on Ganked will prevent him from being killed.
