I was pooling a tango to another support hero because he bought two support items to my one, however I misclicked and accidentally gave it to the doom, who already had tangos in his inventory which caused them to stack, he then sold them receiving full gold (180 for both tangos, putting him at 693 gold), however he instantly re-bought the tango and gave it the support hero that I intended to give it to, starting back with 603 gold, the VOD is available.

It's a pretty bullshit accusation to try to support some grand "intended bug abuse" theory, we haven't picked puck at all throughout the tournament and it decides to get mentioned after two lanes are gone right before N9 is ready to leave the game? Well played.

Yeah it was called out as a bug after that first failed gank. He replied with something along the lines of "autocast ftw ", (implying he knows about the bug), and continued to abuse it for the rest of the game.
If he had just said "sorry ill stop using" or simply just stopped using after that first failed gank incident(which did lead to them having a big advantage, killing void + gettin 2 towers), we wouldn't have felt a need to protest the result.

the admins didnt say shit, it was their responsibility. regardless the games a remake and most people agree with the decision

that logic is just plain dumb
in a game if you see a team abusing a bug and the opposing team does not say anything besides an initial comment, is the game allowed to go on?
it ruins the legitimacy of the tournament. thats the reason they were observing the game.

You think that the other team has to notice that there's a bug in order to get the admins to do something about it? It doesn't matter if they noticed and decided to play on or if they didn't notice at all. If you cheat you (should) get DQd.

There are two completely different bugs here anyway. Maybe n9 knew and accepted the bug that autocast works on stuns like burrowstrike but they didn't know that puck can turn on phase shift autocast AFTER HE GETS CHRONO'D and then he will phase when he next takes damage. That seems pretty reasonable to me, afaik not many people knew about the second bug but the first was fairly common knowledge.
