If the event happens (note: IF, meaning it is not for sure happening yet), you will most likely have to pay the entry fee ($50) 1-month in advance (by June 10/11 or 17/18, depending on the date of the event in July). If you don't pay in advance, we can't reserve a free room for you.
It will also help us get a more accurate count of how many people/teams are going to show up before the event, so it'll be more organized and more financially efficient based on the # of people there.

Ephraim: Question 1: Do you have to pay the $50 entry fee ahead of time for ALL the people staying in the room? Or is that just the total cost for everyone
Ephraim: Question 2: If it's a yes to question 1, do people not participating in the LAN have to pay the entry fee? Like if an older sibling is driving people but staying in the room (considering everyone has to pay the $50)
Ephraim: Does the $30 deposit have to be paid in advance with the entry fee?

1: each person pays
2: no they would not have to pay the entry fee, but if they wanted the discount on the room we would probably work something out where they can still get a reduced rate
3: don't know, probably not
