Is anyone having a problem with their browser's back button on the forums? I suspect it is only a Chrome issue. If so, please say what browser and operating system you are using.

Not sure if I'm missing it elsewhere, but the only link I can find to a list of all new posts, independent of sub-forum, (the "What's New?" tab) has a url that seems to change with every new post, making it impossible to bookmark.

You're not missing anything, and this probably won't change. You'll have to make one click instead of just bookmarking that page, sorry.
