Anybody else feel mechanical changes are kinda whack?
Well in dota1 because of the wc3 engine you could use skadi with range heros and another orb effect, but in dota2 they pretty much changed it. Anybody else feel that its a change for the worst?
My prime problem is mainly sk dodging stuns with his burrow strike and clinkz not being able to use skadi with fire arrows.
Whats your most hate mechanical change?

In dota 2 lifesteal stacks with skadi for ranged heroes, none of the other orbs do.

The burrowstrike thing does annoy me. The Clinkz + Skadi is reported, and is going to be fixed next patch.
Here are some shit that are inconsistent with burrowstrike from DotA to Dota 2:

You do realize the WC3 restrictions are a setback? The only reason things like that are in dota 1 is because they have to be...having an engine capable of anything is a lot better for the game, regardless of the inconsistencies that arise from the engine difference.

If we are talking about not being able to crit while phased, or firefly not functioning with firefly, that's certainly a limitation and a bad thing. So the fix for those are a good thing. However, many things in this game are balanced around the limitations and have become a solid part of the game. Are we to say that these are limitations and change the rules (e.g how orbs function)?
Dota 2 does suck compared to DotA. I can't quite put my finger on it, but I think a lot of it has to do with how trees, fog and pathing functions.

For what it's worth, many of you who say these are limitations is untrue. Troll Warlord changes forms and can no longer disjoint projectiles. Do you really think IceFrog can't make that happen for Alchemist, Sven and whomever else that has transform?

The thing is that these disjoints and other such stuff raise the skill bar for these heros. Yes every idiot can stun with alch not every idiot knows how to disjoint.
Its the same with the discussion on sk and arrow. Were it use to just nuke sk in ss, but apparently that was a bug since the game came out.

u can dodge some spells with burrowstrike in dota 1

yo I think you can dodge shit with alchemist transform in dota 2.
Linkens blocked fissure if you clicked on the hero in dota 1, if you clicked on the ground it went through. Dota 2's change was good.
As for the rest of the bitching: no comment.
