    I'm making a team.
    Be good, dont suck. etc
    Know when to be agressive and when to back off.
    Know when it's a loss and not a gain, as in "your team mate gets picked off by 4 heroes, theres only you near him" obviously just back off instead of trying to help and having both die.
    other than that... yep.
    i have no problem leading, if i make a mistake point it out, as i do work at McDonalds and i can take criticism easily.
    The picking phase, that's for the team to decide. The leading part is quite easy on my part.
    Communicate etc.
    and PLEASE for the love of champlo0's god... Know how to play more than 1 role/hero

    as for playing time and etc, its going to be late at night around 7pm PACIFIC time, pst
    i do have work/school/gay stuff to do so it varies
