    2. find 3 other teams with five people
    3. scrim round robin

    i still think the whole steam group chat thing would work with just 1 rep from each team. maybe teams are a bit reluctant to sign up for the forums (or just lazy, despite it being the most simple process). meanwhile, everybody that can play already has a steam account, all they have to do is join the chat
