1. We have decided to give away a prize every 2 weeks instead of every month to make things more interesting. The league began last Sunday, so this means the first prize will be given out to the player who is ranked first on the 8th of July. Even though a prize is given out the player stats will not be reset. As a player's rating becomes relatively high or low they will find it more difficult to gain/lose points, so even without a reset it will be possible for anyone to take first place if they are winning enough. If a player goes inactive for a period of 24 hours and their rating is above 1000 they will start to experience a daily point decay equal to 4% of their total points.


2. we have had some situations where players cannot agree on who gets to do picks and/or who gets to play what hero once the draft is done. Because of this we have created a set of guidelines so you guys can rulebook each other. The player with the highest rating on the team has claim to the pink/blue slot. If he does not want to do picks, he may designate one of his teammates to do picks for him. If he doesn't care, then whoever takes the slot first gets it. It will not be allowed to host a second lobby with the intention of taking the pink/blue slot. Finally, if the majority of a team (3/5) decides their highest rated player is not fit to draft, they may hold a vote for a new captain. This only applies before a game starts, while the game is still in the lobby.

Once the game begins, the captain may assign a specific player (or himself) particular heroes during the draft and this must be respected. If this is ignored the captain may force a rm in all pick so the players might select the appropriate hero. The captain will also be the one to determine when the appropriate time will be to ff if necessary. Refusing to follow these rules or leaving a game before the team ffs or before the game ends will result in a warn (a point penalty) and a timeban for 24 hours.
